"It's a good learning toy especially for ages 2 and above, when the kids start to scribble all over. It's not messy unlike other drawing boards with markers so u can be assured that ur home will be free from scribblings on the walls. The perfect Christmas gift
"Highly recommend this product. Our niece was 2 yrs old, had lots of toys and books already; so didn't know what to get her for Christmas, 2007. Stopped in to visit in February and her parents told me that this is something that she still plays with every day. Don't need to worry about loosing caps on the pens & drying out, 'cuz the "ink" is water. Don't have to worry about accidentally marking up clothes, the rug, etc. I purchased extra pens, too, so that when her cousins come over, there isn't any arguing over a pen or if one pen gets lost. "This is a WONDERFUL activity toy for children of all ages - even adults! Several kids can play together on the large size mat and it is very neat, easy to store,very educational,provides hours of fun. The unique technology allows for children to draw with water so you never have to clean up or replace any pens etc. The images disappear after a few minutes so you always have a new writing area. Wetness Disadvantages
"I am a frequent buyer/reviewer for toys online and I am generally quite happy with them. This toy has a great concept, but I really wasn't thrilled with it. As the other reviewers have stated, it is a great toy...that is, until it's all wet. I found that the manufacturer SAYS, "image disappears in approx. 20 seconds.". This is where they are wrong. My kids LOVED playing with it, until they ran out of room to write stuff. It took so long to dry to become clear again, that I had to bring it in and put my hairdryer to it for an additional FIVE minute to dry it in order to continue using it. And this toy wasn't even drenched, just regular use. The idea of this toy is great, but has a big inconvenience. Maybe when it's a hot day it'll be better....I hope! I bought two, one for my daughter and one for my niece. I'm returning the unopened one." By Kristen Mathews

"My 4 year old received this for his birthday & loves it! I have a 1 1/2 year old who loves to pick up the doodle pen & write all over the pad (i love that, if he runs off with the pen i don't have to worry about him marking up walls or himself...it's just water)The only thing i wish it came with is more than 1 pen , my 3 kids all want to doodle together & i can't find additional ones anywhere!" Aquadoodle is TOO COOL
"Bought this aquadoodle for Christmas for my two sons, ages 26 months and 16 months (yes, the're 10 months apart) and they went completely overjoyed with this really cool drawing mat that only requires you to put only water into these "Aquadoodle Pens" so they can write and draw on the mat without any mess, fuss or any major cleanup. This is a mother's dream!!!! Now for the downside, it only comes with one "Aquadoodle Pen" and if you want more pens or stamp pads, you have to buy them separately at an outrageous price...I think they sell them in a package of two at a time for about $7.00 or more.
